Digital Vault does not collect any personal information. The app is designed to operate entirely on your device, ensuring complete privacy and security of your documents and personal data.

Specifically, we do NOT collect:

• Location data
• Documents or images you store in the app
• Any metadata associated with your documents
• Search queries or app usage patterns

2. How We Collect and Hold Information

Since Digital Vault does not collect any personal information, there are no data collection or storage practices to describe. All documents and data you add to Digital Vault remain exclusively on your device.

The only data storage that occurs is:

• Local Device Storage: All documents, categories, and app settings are stored locally on your iPhone using secure iOS storage mechanisms
• Optional iCloud Backup: If you choose to enable iCloud backup, your documents are stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy

3. Purposes for Information Use

Since we do not collect any personal information, there are no purposes for which we use, collect, or disclose your information. Your documents remain private and are used solely by you within the app for your personal organization and document management needs.

4. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

As Digital Vault does not collect or store any personal information on our servers, you maintain complete control over all your data:

• Access: You have full access to all documents and data stored in the app at all times
• Correction: You can edit, modify, or update any documents or information directly within the app
• Deletion: You can delete individual documents, categories, or all data by using the app's built-in deletion features or by uninstalling the app

6. Disclosure to Overseas Recipients

Digital Vault does not disclose any personal information to overseas recipients because we do not collect any personal information in the first place.

The only potential overseas data transfer occurs if you voluntarily enable iCloud backup, in which case your documents may be stored on Apple's servers worldwide as part of Apple's iCloud service. This transfer is:

• Entirely optional and controlled by you
• Subject to Apple's privacy policy and security measures
• Not accessible by Digital Vault developers
• Can be disabled at any time through your device settings

7. Third-Party Services

Digital Vault may use Apple's built-in iOS services such as:

• Camera and Photo Library access (for document scanning and uploading)
• iCloud storage (optional, user-controlled)
• iOS sharing capabilities (for document sharing)

These services are governed by Apple's privacy policy and are not controlled by Digital Vault.

While we don't collect personal information, we take the security of your locally stored documents seriously:
